Mobile Bar Service – How it Works

Submit an Inquiry
Submit an inquiry through our website or email direct to trotterscatering8@gmail.com
We will then send you a customized proposal for your review.

Written Proposal
Each event is different. Based on your requirements (number of guests, hours of service) we’ll create a custom proposal along with a general contract for your review. During this time we can schedule a phone call to discuss your event in more details.

Deposit and Contract
When you are ready to secure your date we will send you our contract to review and sign. Once the contract is received and deposit has been sent – the date is yours!!

Follow Up
One month prior to your event, we will contact you to arrange the drop off of your alcohol. At this time we can go over any additional details or questions you may have.

Event Day
Two hours before your event we’ll roll up with the bar and start setting up. After your evening has come to an end, any remaining product leftover will be returned.
