What drinks can you serve?

From the tap we can serve your supplied beer keg of choice along with your favourite red and white wines, Champagne, Prosecco. We can also operate a full bar rail, premium cocktails and scotch for your ultimate bar experience. The bar is equipped with an oversized cooler to stock all your favourite bottles and cans!

What area do you cover?

Based in Invermere, BC – we serve the Kootenay Valley.

What is the typical package price and what does it include?

On average our Mobile Bar Service is approximately $1,875 (without alcohol – supplied by you) The bar comes with one (or two) certified bartenders, disposable cups, ice, garnish, straws & bar napkins. We offer a range of packages starting from $1,200 – please contact us for exact estimates!

Do you have glassware?

At this time we do not supply glassware. There is a company in Radium called Far Out Gear Rentals that will provide you with all your glassware – rentfarout.com

Do you provide the alcohol?

Due to the current liquor license in BC, you are required to purchase your own alcohol along with your liquor license. However, we would gladly consult with you and help create a custom menu, shopping list etc.

How far in advance should we book the mobile bar?

We are booking 12 months in advance. To avoid disappointment, reach out early to secure your date.

Where can your mobile bar be parked?

We can park the trailer on any privately owned property, almost anywhere! Dry, flat land is essential. The bar is 16ft in length, 8ft wide.

Is there a deposit required?

To secure your date, we required a non refundable deposit of $1,000. This will be deducted from your final bill.

Can you provide a Toonie Bar?

Of course!!! Please ask!

Do you charge mileage?

Yes $1.75 per kilometre.

Do you operate year round?

No – our bar trailer is seasonal. We operate mid April to mid October.
